Feature
A score you can actually explain.
Every contact and deal gets a live score built from rules you define — and every point is traceable back to the exact rule that awarded it. No black-box "AI score" you have to take on faith.
Two scores, built from real signals
Lead scoring ranks contacts by engagement and fit. Deal scoring ranks deals by value and pipeline momentum. Both run on the same rule engine.
Lead scoring dimensions
- Email opened / clicked / replied
- Deal created
- Meeting held
- Page visit
- Job title match (pattern)
- Company size (minimum employees)
Deal scoring dimensions
- Deal value at least
- Pipeline stage reached
- Time in current stage
- Activity count
Point values you set
Assign however many points each dimension is worth — a reply might be worth more than an open, a job-title match more than a page visit. You define the model.
Full point breakdown
Every score comes with the list of rules that fired and how many points each one contributed — a rep can see exactly why a lead is "hot."
Recomputed from live signals
Scores are derived from observed activity — opens, replies, deals, meetings, stage changes — not a stale snapshot from onboarding.
Drives the rest of the CRM
Feed scores into sequence targeting, automation rules, and lifecycle-stage progression — score isn't just a number on a card, it's an input the rest of the system can act on.
