Feature
Sequences that branch on what actually happens.
Build a cadence once — email, task, and LinkedIn steps in any order — and let it adapt per contact based on whether they opened, clicked, or replied. No spreadsheet of "who's on step 3."
How it works
Every enrollment tracks its own position and status, so pausing, unsubscribing, or branching one contact never touches the rest.
Email, task, or LinkedIn
Mix step types in one sequence — an email, then a task to call if they don't reply, then a LinkedIn touch. Each step has its own delay in hours from the previous one.
React to real outcomes
Route the next step on whether the prior one was opened, not opened, clicked, not clicked, replied, or not replied — not just "wait N days and send anyway."
A/B subject lines
Split an email step across weighted subject/body variants (weights sum to 100%) and see which one actually gets opened.
Enrollment tracking
Each contact's enrollment is active, paused, completed, or unsubscribed independently — with a full log of every step sent, skipped, throttled, or failed.
Built-in send throttling
A per-tenant daily send cap (500/day by default) is enforced before every email step — sequences can't silently blast past what your inbox provider will tolerate.
Feeds scoring & automation
Opens, clicks, and replies from sequences feed directly into lead scoring and can trigger automation rules — a reply doesn't just sit in an inbox, it moves the contact forward.
